Burr, Hamilton, & Jefferson: A study in character This is a disputable book that is well worth the read. The author comes at his report from outside academe, albeit with impeccable credentials. Although he has authored nine books, has served as dramatic art director of the discipline Park Service and Director of the Smithsonian Institutions National Museum of American History, and was once a White House synonymic for NBC, his climb up remains outside the mainstream of history or journalism. To begin, it is refreshingly place-oriented and affluent with detail of physical surroundings and ain relationships involving the nations founders.
The work is little successful in terms of the mise en scene of time. Roger Kennedys study is non presented in strict chronological narrative, because it is a study in "character."
